ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UNIFORM

Shirts • White polo shirt - long or short sleeves with FDR logo • Red or blue v-neck short sleeve t-shirt with FDR logo • Under the uniform shirt, students may wear another plain white shirt or plain White turtleneck. No other colors are permitted. A shirt worn underneath the school uniform shirt, must not be visible below the white uniform polo at the bottom and the sleeves

Jackets • Blue jacket with FDR logo Red polar vest with FDR logo • Grey “Roosevelt” hooded sweatshirt with FDR logo

Bottoms ● Blue sweat pants or shorts with red stripes on the sides with FDR logo

Socks and Shoes ● White socks (with or without FDR logo) • Students should wear tennis shoes or flat "mary jane" style shoes (mostly black, navy blue or white)

Hats and Scarves ● Scarf with logo FDR ● FDR sun hats or a hat that covers the face, neck and ears are mandatory

PE Uniform ● Students from EC3 to Grade 3 wear their school uniform for PE classes. • Grade 4 and Grade 5 students must change into their gray FDR t-shirt when they go to PE class. Students are expected to change into their uniform shirts after PE class.

Swim Gear for Aquatics Program ● Appropriate swimsuit and cap ● One piece swimsuit for girls ● Jammers or shorts for boys (no surf shorts) ● All jewelry (long earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches) must be removed. These are a safety hazard ● Flip flops and towel ● Goggles are optional

MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL UNIFORM

Shirts • White polo shirt - long or short sleeves with FDR logo • Red or blue v-neck short sleeve t-shirt with FDR logo

Jackets • Blue jacket with logo FDR • Red polar vest with logo FDR • Grey “Roosevelt” hooded sweatshirt with logo FDR • Varsity Athletic Jacket with logo FDR

Bottoms • Navy blue uniform slacks or shorts with FDR logo • Navy blue uniform skirts or skorts with FDR logo o The hem of shorts, skirts or skorts may not be altered. The waistband of the skirt may not be rolled to make the skirt shorter

Socks • Black, blue or white

Shoes • Sandals may be worn during the summer months. There must be a strap around the back of the shoe that secures it to the foot. Flip flops are not allowed • Shoes must be black, navy blue or white. Accents, details, or stripes must be minimal (less than 10%). Laces must be black or white. Shoes must have no more than two inch heels and not open in the back

Belt • Black or blue

Accessories • Any design that is in keeping with the culture of the school

PE Uniforms • Students must wear the official PE uniform, white socks, and athletic shoes • When the weather is cold students may wear the official FDR sweatsuit • Pool uniform is one piece swimsuit for girls (any color) and above the knee swim shorts for boys. All students must wear swim caps in the pool area. Goggles are usually needed • PE shoes can be any color but if not white or black cannot be worn outside of PE class
