Anti-NME2 (aa 1-100) polyclonal antibody (DPABH- 15730) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Antigen Description Major role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. Negatively regulates Rho activity by interacting with AKAP13/LBC. Acts as a transcriptional activator of the MYC ; binds DNA non-specifically (PubMed:8392752). Exhibits histidine kinase activity.

Specificity The peptide sequence for this antibody is 100% homologous with human NME1-NME2 (accession # Q32Q12). However, it has not been tested experimentally for reactivity to NME1.

Immunogen Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, from within N terminal amino acids 1-100 of Human NME2. Please note that the immunogen used is 100% conserved in NME1 and it is likely that this antibody will alos recognise NME1 (not tested).
