The ethnic and cultural make-up of our neighbourhoods THE SCADDING COURT COMMUNITY CENTRE PROGRAM REVENUE $ is shifting, the population aging, condos are sprouting up seemingly everywhere and large cultural AUDITED STATEMENT OF REVENUE AND EXPENSES n institutions are undergoing a massive redevelopment. But when you look below the surface, urban YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2007 Grants Government of Canada 272,111 neighbourhoods are still made up of communities in which people live their day to day lives.
