Puget Sound Ballroom Wedding Package

The Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside is the perfect waterfront venue for your special day. This package is ideal for 150-450 guests and provides the opportunity for you to take full advantage of our largest space.

Puget Sound Ballroom, Oyster Bay Room and Louis Mentor Memorial Boardwalk $2,225

Ceremony You may hold your ceremony on the Louis Mentor Memorial Boardwalk (weather permitting) or inside the Puget Sound Ballroom. Some restrictions may apply to ceremonies inside the Puget Sound Ballroom based on your head count but your Sales Manager and/or dedicated Event Planning Manager will help guide you through the best possible options for your group size. Also included in your ceremony package are:

• Two wireless lapel microphones • PA system (for use on the Boardwalk) • Up to 200 white folding wedding chairs for outdoor ceremonies* • Up to two 8’ clothed and skirted tables*

Reception Utilizing the Puget Sound Ballroom (amount of sections as appropriate to your guest count) for your reception, in conjunction with either the Louis Mentor Boardwalk or additional space inside the ballroom, ensures a smooth transition of your guests and bridal party from one location to the another. Also included in your reception package are:

• Tables and chairs for guest seating • Table cloths and napkins in a variety of colors to choose from • All china, glassware and silverware • Up to a 15’ x 15’ dance floor* • Wired microphone • Concierge in the lobby to greet and guide your guests • Up to four additional 8’ tables for uses other than seating*

Bridal Suite You’ll find a wonderful asset in having the Oyster Bay Room available to use as you please. Most commonly used a Bridal Suite, this room comes with residential furniture, pipe and drape for privacy, a full length mirror, six bottled waters and six assorted soft drinks.

Use of Louis Mentor Memorial Boardwalk is subject to weather and approval by City of Bremerton Parks and Recreation Department. Above pricing and package components may vary.
