1st Apartment: Address: Via Salvino 2 – Castelsardo (Sassari) – Sardinia. Very centrally located and at about 10 mt from the beach, it is composed of 1 bedroom with one double bed and an additional single bed; 1 bedroom with bunk bed; bathroom, kitchenette and living room, veranda with table and chairs.
The small town of Castelsardo is located in the northwest area of the island within the Province of Sassari. Perched on a large promontory facing the sea, Castelsardo with its Citadel, o Casteddu quarter - the maze of twisted narrow streets in the old town - offers an enchanting vision. With its endless steps and the labyrinth of narrow streets lined with the typical tall, narrow houses, and stone-paved squares, the historic centre preserves the layout it has had since its founding in 1102, over 900 years ago. On the western side, the Castelsardo promontory stretches out into the sea toward Asinara island ( at about 60 km). In the surrounding area there are the Maddalena island and the Emerald Coast which can be visited with daily trips; Alghero, Stintino and the Asinara National Park. Sassari is at about 30 minutes by car.
2nd and 3rd Apartment: at about 4 km from Castelsardo and at 50 mt from the beach ( sleep max 5 people). They are composed of a large kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Prices are intended per week. Bed linen and towels provided by request with an extra cost. Pets allowed. The apartments must be left clean, otherwise an amount of € 40,00 will be required for final cleaning.
€ 100,00 deposit required when booking for low season; € 200,00 for high season, to be sent by international money order to: Antonino Pinna, via E. Fermi 16/1 – 30038 Spinea (VE) - Italy. Balance within 3 days before guests’ arrival.
How to reach Castelsardo: Genova – Portotorres, from the port direction Castelsardo ( around 20 minutes); Livorno-Olbia; Piombino – Olbia; Civitavecchia – Olbia direction Sassari for 3 or 4 km. After having passed Sassari direction Platamona – Castelsardo ( around 60 minutes); By plane to Alghero or Olbia: a private car is highly recommended.
