Youth Ballet II

Class Placement: One year of Youth Ballet I, or its equivalent is required.

Recommended Minimum Weekly Time Investment: 2.75hrs/2 days a week • 2 Classical Ballet Classes • Pre-Pointe & Repertoire

Full School Year Program: September 12, 2020– May 23, 2021 Annual Family Registration Fee: $40

Tuition (September 2020 – May 2021): $1,431 (Full) $159/Installment (9 per year)

Core Class Schedule

Ballet Technique Classes: Group A Tuesday 6:00 – 7:30pm Including Pre-Pointe & Repertoire (first class begins September 15) Group A Wednesday 4:45 – 6:00pm

OR

Ballet Technique Classes: Group B Thursday 6:00 – 7:30pm Including Pre-Pointe & Repertoire (first class begins September 17) Group B Saturday 11:15am – 12:30pm (first class begins September 12)

Performing Opportunities: Ballet Royale end of the school year Showcase, “A Celebration of Dance.” Tentative Date: Saturday, May 22 or Sunday, May 23, 2021. Costume requirements will be limited, and on an as-needed basis.

Girls Dress Code: Baby Blue Leotard: Dancers must have One Required Baby Blue Ballet Royale Logo Tank or Camisole Leotard. Other Leotard Options: Light Blue Short Sleeve/Tank (Not Required) *Please note if you purchased our light blue required leotard from 2019, and it still fits, you are not required to purchase a new logo leotard. Tights and Slippers: Either pink tights and matching pink ballet slippers, or skin-tone tights and matching skin tone ballet slippers. If a dancer is unable to wear tights, please contact the office regarding our alternative dress code. Convertible Tights (no back seam): Capezio, Style#1916C/1916 in Ballet Pink or a skin-tone (nude, light tan, caramel, mocha, etc.). Dancers are not allowed to wear black or white tights for ballet class. Split-Sole Ballet Slippers: Leather ballet shoes are preferred. Light Pink, Capezio Leather Juliet Split-Sole, Style#2027 or Nude, Light Suntan, or Mocha Capezio Hanami Split-Sole, Style # 2037W *If your dancer cannot fit into the suggested shoes, they may choose a different brand. Skirt: Required Baby Blue Milliskin Pull-On Skirt purchased from Ballet Royale or online at: www.Corpsdancewear.com

Boys Dress Code: One Required Ballet Royale logo t-shirt. Dancers may also wear a Plain White Tight Short- Sleeved T-Shirt, tucked in neatly, or White Leotard. Black Tights or Tight Shorts, White crew-length (below Calf) Socks, White Leather or Canvas Ballet Slippers with elastics, Dance Belt (as needed/preferred).
