The primary goal of the project Net Routes is to highlight the common border region of Epirus and Gjirokastër - namely the Greek Municipalities of Zagori, Konitsa and Pogoni and the Albanian Municipalities of Pogon, Lunxheri and Petran - through a Network of Thematic Routes. The ultimate goal of the project is the common border area to serve as a common destination for alternative tourism, where visitors will be made NETROUTES communicants of its rich natural and cultural heritage.
