Kaufman Astoria Studio Lighting Continues Long-Term Commitment to Astoria in 13,000- Square-Foot Renewal

ASTORIA, QUEENS, NY - Through Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty (S&Z), Kaufman Astoria Studio Lighting (K/A/S Lighting) has renewed its lease at 36-45 37th Street, continuing its long-term commitment to the 13,000 square feet of industrial space (plus 10,000 square feet of land) in close proximity to the renowned Kaufman Astoria Studios.

S&Z represented both K/A/S Lighting and the building's owner, Verta Industries LLC.

In addition to lighting in-house productions currently shooting at Kaufman Astoria Studios, K/A/S Lighting also works on-location for films and television projects throughout the tri-state region. The company is responsible for lighting numerous special events, the most notable of which are NBC's coverage of The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, The New York Philharmonic's Concerts in the Parks and live outdoor concerts from Lincoln Center.
