Under the theme “Innovative Local Development”, this year’s conference provides an open area of discussion forresearchers, and budding students in Thailand andacross the globe in the age of 21st-century literacies.Our visions for the participants of this conference are to contribute to the graduate students and scholars to present and exchange their learning outcomes. Roi Et Rajabhat University, therefore, is pleased to invite researchers, educators and participants from all over the world to contribute their knowledge and wisdom with regards to research works. The contributions can include research activities, case studies or practices which will help to inspire interest in both the theory and practice of various topics. Our province is famous for high quality Thai Jasmine rice and also known for traditional textiles and wickerwork. Nowadays,innovation becomes critical parameters for local development. It helps supportstruggling region and promote growth across municipalities with varying resources and needs. RERU ICET III 2019 under the theme Innovative LocalDevelopment is one of the tools to support local development though research finding. Therefore, today’s conference is a very meaningful occasion where we can share experiences and discussion to promote urban and local community. I said that because implementing technological innovation has become a primary information resources used in research and in many circles of education. The Theme “Innovative Local Development” implies using innovation to helps develop local areas communities, to investigate the concept of local and rural development, and to study the governance context in social innovation in rural areas. Anucha Wittayakorn-Puripunpinyoo School of Agriculture and Cooperative, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Nonthaburi, Thailand E-mail: [email protected] Abstract Since 1962, when the first dairy farming in Thailand has been started, Thai dairy farmers have adopted dairy farms as their career of living. They gathered themselves as a dairy cooperative for business operation. Until now, dairy cooperatives have never known that they performed their own business with technical efficiency or not. In this paper, the researcher attempted to answer this question with the research objective to analyze the technical efficiency of dairy cooperatives in the Nakhon Ratchasima province area. This research focused on quantitative analysis. Times-series and cross-sectional data were collected from the cooperative auditing department database from 10 dairy cooperatives from 2008 to 2020. 130 observations were selected, and data analysis was applied to the panel data econometrics model to analyze the dairy cooperatives’ technical efficiency. The findings found that the overall average of 10 dairy cooperatives in the Nakhon Ratchasima province area obtained a very high performance of technical efficiency score of 0.98 whereas 2 out of 10 dairy cooperatives performed their own business with their outstanding technical efficiency score of 1.000 and 1.000, respectively. There is a tendency to increase the number of dairy farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima province, which indicates that the production of raw milk by dairy cooperatives tends to increase in response to the increased demand for milk and dairy products of domestic consumption.

Methods: Milk samples were collected from 224 cows of 52 dairy herds in four central and northeast provinces. Total somatic cell counts (SCC) and California mastitis test (CMT) were used to identify SCM cows. Therefore, the present paper provides the first anatomical descriptions of the reproductive apparatus, pallial system and radula of Helix capitium Benson, 1848 and Helix onestera Ma- bille, 1887, the respective type species of Ganesella and Globotrochus.
