From a segregated sustainable operation in the beginning stage that only focused on one operational area at one time, nowadays, Chulalongkorn University lays emphasis on an integrated sustainable operation concept which is not solely limited to energy and environment, but also to the understanding of interconnections between society, technology, culture, and the viability of future campus development. In 2014, many sustainable projects and programs were initiated. -

The Results of Learning Management Model with Contemplative Education for Developing Mental Quality, Interpersonal Skills and Responsibility of Undergraduate Students Jitraporn Wongkamjan, Ph.D. Candidate of Faculty of Education, Mahasarakam University Dr. Pissamai Sri-Ampai, Associate professor of Faculty of Education, Mahasarakam University Dr. Jiraporn Chano, Assistant professor of Faculty of Education, Mahasarakam University ABSTRACT The objectives of the research were to study 1) mental quality, 2) interpersonal skills, and 3) responsibility of undergraduate students as the results of the implementation of a developed learning management model with contemplative education. The research used a quantitative method and a qualitative method which emphasized on the three circles of action research. The research instruments comprised 1) the developed learning management model and its 14 lesson plans based on contemplative education, 2) student behavior observation form, 3) student journals, 4) teaching logs, 5) mental quality assessment form, 6) interpersonal skills assessment form and 7) responsibility assessment form. The research findings revealed that the implementation of the three circles of the developed learning management model resulted in a positive tendency of the three dependent variables. Thus, the students’ mental quality, interpersonal skills, and responsibility were higher at the statistically significant level of 0.05. INTRODUCTION The 11th National Economic and Social Developmental Plan 2012 – 2016 specified strategies in developing quality for every age level of the Thai People to obtain immunity against changes, to be ready with fit and strong body, to be intelligent as well as knowledgeable and aware of ethics and morality, to be persistent, to have opportunities, and to be able to have lifelong learning, in aligned with enhance the social environment and institute to be strong and facilitate the human development (The National Economic and Social Development Board, 2012). -

Anucha Wittayakorn-Puripunpinyoo School of Agriculture and Cooperative, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Nonthaburi, Thailand E-mail: [email protected] Abstract Since 1962, when the first dairy farming in Thailand has been started, Thai dairy farmers have adopted dairy farms as their career of living. They gathered themselves as a dairy cooperative for business operation. Until now, dairy cooperatives have never known that they performed their own business with technical efficiency or not. In this paper, the researcher attempted to answer this question with the research objective to analyze the technical efficiency of dairy cooperatives in the Nakhon Ratchasima province area. This research focused on quantitative analysis. Times-series and cross-sectional data were collected from the cooperative auditing department database from 10 dairy cooperatives from 2008 to 2020. 130 observations were selected, and data analysis was applied to the panel data econometrics model to analyze the dairy cooperatives’ technical efficiency. The findings found that the overall average of 10 dairy cooperatives in the Nakhon Ratchasima province area obtained a very high performance of technical efficiency score of 0.98 whereas 2 out of 10 dairy cooperatives performed their own business with their outstanding technical efficiency score of 1.000 and 1.000, respectively. There is a tendency to increase the number of dairy farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima province, which indicates that the production of raw milk by dairy cooperatives tends to increase in response to the increased demand for milk and dairy products of domestic consumption. -

ir Umbrella Agreement of ASEA-UNINET Member Universities (Preamble) Recognizing the great success of the academic co-operation within ASEA-UNINET during the past 20 years and the steady progress of links between all partner institutions of the Network, Realizing the need for further measures to enhance the co-operation by means of general agreements on procedures and the facilitation of study and research programmes performed within ASEA- UNINET, and Proposing that such measures can be preferably implemented by a multilateral agreement instead of numerous bilateral agreements, (Agreement) the undersigned Universities have agreed upon the measures listed hereafter: 1. To mutually recognize academic degrees, diplomas and credits obtained from a partner university in equivalent study programmes, 2. to admit students from a partner university to study programmes on the basis of their degrees obtained at that university, in particular bachelor degrees for master studies and master degrees (2 years with thesis) for doctoral (Ph.D.) studies, provided that all conditions for admission such as availability of working space, acceptance by a supervisor and/or specific skills in fine arts are fulfilled. 3. to mutually waive tuition fees for students performing study programmes, if they have been nominated by an ASEA-UNINET member university this does not apply, however, to mandatory government taxes outside the responsibility of the university 4. to facilitate exchange of, and access to, materials within ASEA-UNINET research programmes, with agreement of non-disclosure or confidentiality if deemed necessary, 5. to provide support in identifying suitable academic supervisors, and 6. to provide support in administrative matters such as visa application, health insurance and accommodation.
