It shall be ensured that the BOQ must be vetted from the competent authority before opening of Financial Bid. ➢ Khyber Pakhtunkhwa revenue authority registration in respect of the above bidder shall be checked prior to opening of financial bid. ➢ It must be ensured that the recommended Contractor/Firm do possess the required codes/specialties in his PEC. The Procurement Committee shall be responsible for correctness, authenticity and validity of the documents. • An affidavit shall be obtained from the above bidder that financial bid is accompanied by the bid security. • The Procurement Committee shall be responsible for the Authenticity/verification of CDRs of all the participated bidders (Pay Order will not be exceptable as per KPPRA Rules).
