Gansu Provincial Culture and Tourism Department (culture and tourism PPMO) will be responsible for Component 2 and 3. The culture and Public Disclosure Authorized tourism PPMO will be centrally responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and training its cascaded PIUs at lower levels for subproject management.
