1. Nomination papers for the above may be obtained from the Returning Officer, Election Office, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL on any weekday between 9.15am and 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays), who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature. 2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Election Office, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL on any day after the date of this notice during the times stated above but no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015. 3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2015. 4. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015. 5. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL by 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015. 6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of either physical incapacity or absence in relation to occupation, employment or service occurring after 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL by 5 pm on Thursday, 7th May 2015. 7.
