DANA CIOCÂRLIE -Biografie- (tradus din limba franceză) În 2018, Dana Ciocârlie făcea parte din cei trei finaliști nominalizați la „Victoriile Muzicii Clasice”/„Victoires de la Musique Classique”, Integrala pentru pian de Robert Schumann numărându-se printre cele 443 de înregistrări prezentate la categoria „Înregistrările anului”. Integrala de Muzică pentru pian a fost înregistrată în perioada 2012 - 2016 cu prilejul a 15 concerte publice susținute în Palatul Béhague, sediul Ambasadei României la Paris. Proiectul a fost sprijinit de Yamaha, Fundația Safran, Institutul Cultural Român și Ambasada României în Franța. Colecția de 13 CD-uri a apărut în luna septembrie 2017, labelizată „La Dolce Volta”, bucurându-se de aprecieri unanime din partea criticii. Sâmbătă, 21 octombrie 2017, cu prilejul lansării Integralei Schumann, Dana Ciocârlie a susținut la Teatrul Champs Élysées din Paris, un concert dedicat integral lui Robert Schumann: Scene din copilărie op. 15, Carnaval op. 9, Concerto în la minor op. 54. În cadrul emisiunii „Atelierul muzicianului”/„L'atelier du musicien” realizată de de Jean-Pierre Derrien, la care a fost invitată în mod regulat, în perioada 2001-2005, Dana Ciocârlie a fost prezentă pe postul France Musique cu un ciclu de 40 emisiuni consacrate creației lui Robert Schumann. În perioada 2016-2017, Dana Ciocârlie a efectuat un turneu de anvergură în Franța și în străinătate, alături de Philippe Katerine, cu spectacolul-concert „Katerine – Filmul” / „Katerine - Le film”. Joi, 11 mai 2017, cei doi au urcat pe scena music-hall-ului Olympia din Paris. Formată la Școala românească de pian, care i-a dat și pe prestigioșii Dinu Lipatti, Clara Haskil și Radu Lupu, Dana Ciocârlie a studiat și la Paris, cu Victoria Melki, Dominique Merlet și Georges Pludermacher. -

DANA CIAOCARLIE Piano Formée aux sources de l'école roumaine de piano, Dana Ciocarlie a également étudié à Paris auprès de Victoria Melki, de Dominique Merlet et de Georges Pludermacher. Sa rencontre avec le pianiste allemand Christian Zacharias sera déterminante en particulier pour approfondir l'œuvre pour piano de Franz Schubert. Son talent a été récompensé par de nombreux prix internationaux prestigieux : un 2ème grand prix au Concours International Robert Schumann à Zwickau, le Prix Spécial Sandor Vegh au Concours Geza Anda à Zurich, le Prix International Pro Musicis, le Young Concert Artist European Auditions à Leipzig, le Concours Ferrucio Busoni en Italie. However, in terms of "discoverability" (to use the current term), it is not enough to represent each of the 600-plus titles in the online catalog. We hope that our students, faculty, and other researchers will appreciate this series ofannotated guides to our periodicals, broken down into basic themes (politics, music, science and medicine, children, education, women, etc.), MUSIC all of which have been compiled by Watkinson Trustee and Introduction volunteer Dr. Leonard Banco. We extend our deep thanks to Len for the hundreds of hours he has devoted to this project The library holds a relatively small but significant since the spring of 2014. DALÍ ET LA MUSIQUE Un moment musical original Conçu par l’Ensemble Calliopée / Direction artistique Karine Lethiec Avec la complicité de Caroline Barbier de Reulle, musicologue spécialisée dans les liens entre Dalí et la musique. L’Ensemble Calliopée s’est spécialisé dans la conception de programmes musicaux en lien avec des thématiques liées aux beaux-arts. Dans le cadre de la programmation de l’exposition numérique immersive Dalí, l’énigme sans fi n présentée aux Carrières de Lumières, l’Ensemble Calliopée, direction artistique Karine Lethiec, a conçu un moment musical original en collaboration avec Caroline Barbier de Reulle, musicienne et chercheuse spécialisée dans les liens entre Dalí et la musique. Le programme musical Dalí et la musique nous fait voyager dans des lieux particulièrement importants pour Dalí (la Catalogne, Madrid, Paris et New York) tout en évoquant ses relations avec des compositeurs et artistes de son temps. Dalí a eu un lien amical et artistique très fort avec Federico Garcia Lorca, il a côtoyé Francis Poulenc qui lui-même a dédié à Lorca sa sonate pour violon. À New York, il collabore avec le compositeur catalan Leonardo Balada et cette rencontre a été artistiquement très inspirante pour le musicien. L’humour est aussi présent, tout comme les allusions au rêve et à l’intérêt de l’artiste pour les découvertes scientifi ques de son époque. Ce programme rappelle aussi l’amour de Dalí pour la musique populaire espagnole et le jazz, tout en évoquant les affi nités esthétiques de Dalí avec l’univers d’Erik Satie (il a d’ailleurs peint une toile en son honneur en 1926). -
