CURRICULUM VITAE Barbara Palys of Biological and Chemical Research Centre, and of Żwirki i Wigury 101, 02-089 Warsaw, Phone: +48 22 5526557; e-mail: [email protected] Position: Professor, leader of the group Materials for Biosensorsors Research interests: design and studies of surfaces, materials and nanostructures that can be used as matrices for deposition of enzymes or other substances used in biosensors; studies of the electrocatalytic properties of immobilized enzymes and the molecular structure of enzymes and the matrices; focus on graphene oxide, nanostructures of conductive polymers, supramolecular polymeric gels and metallic nanostructures; electrocatalytic and SERS applications of graphene oxide; development of applications of infrared and Raman spectroscopy to study electrocatalytic reactions and material properties. Co-author of 66 publications (h =21, over 1300 citations).
