 A deposit of 30% is required on booking your accommodation, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.  We recommend you take out your own Cancellation Insurance cover, to safeguard your payments, in the event of the hirer or guests having to cancel their holiday for any reason.  Please contact us to make your final balance payment. If you credit our account by BACS direct, please advise us that you have done so. Full payment is due within 8 weeks of your arrival date.  Please confirm how you wish to pay. You can make payment by Bank Transfer; Debit/Credit Card; or by cheque (cheques payable to Sandra Fearon). Please contact me for bank details if you wish to pay by bank transfer, or, for card payments.

Conditions of self catering holiday letting as follows:

1) Holiday cancellation insurance: the bungalow hirer and guests are responsible for arranging their own insurance cover, in the event of them not being able to occupy the holiday accommodation for any reason. Payments are non returnable in the event of cancellation.

2) On arrival, please let us know if there is anything about the accommodation which needs rectifying and we will deal with it immediately.

3) The Bungalow is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages must be paid for before departure.

4) The Bungalow accommodation is for the purpose of a self catering holiday and only for the occupation of the guests notified on the booking form unless otherwise agreed with the owners in writing.

5) The property is 'non smoking' premises.

6) Dogs

a) Dogs must be kept under strict control in the gardens and grounds. b) Dog waste must be removed from the gardens and grounds. c) Dogs must be kept off of furniture and beds. d) Dog hair must be removed from the property, before departure. A hoover is provided for guests use.
