THE PLACE OF ENTRY AND EXIT POINT OF CARRIER OF QUARANTINE FISH PESTS AND DISEASES

WITH THE BLESSING OF ONE GOD ALMIGHTY

THE MINISTER OF MARINE AFFAIRS AND FISHERIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA Considering: a. That in order to avoid the entry, exit and spread of quarantine fish pest and diseases, and the quality assurance of fishery products, it is necessary to review the Decree of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries No. KEP. 56/MEN/2014 regarding the Determination of Place of Entry and Exit Point of Carrier of Quarantine Fish Pest and Diseases. b. That based on the considerations as meant in letter a, it is necessary to enact a Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries regarding the Place of Entry and Exit Point of Carrier of Quarantine Fish Pest and Disease

In view of: 1. Law Number 16 of 1992 on Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia year 1992 Number 56, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3482); 2. Law Number 31 of 2004 on Fisheries (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 118, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4433) as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 on the Amendment of Law Number 31 of 2004 on Fisheries (State

Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 154 of 2009, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5073); 3. Government Regulation Number 15 of 2002 on Fish Quarantine (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2012, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5360); 4. Government Regulation Number 57 of 2015 on the System of Quality Assurance and Safety of Fishery Products and the Added Value of Fishery Products (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 181 of 2015, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5726); 5. Presidential Regulation Number 7 of 2015 concerning organization of state ministries (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2015 Number 8); 6. Presidential Decree Number 121/P of 2014 concerning Establishment of Ministries and the Appointment of Ministers of the Cabinet of Working for the Periods of 2014 – 2019, as amended several times and the latest by Presidential Decree Number 83/P of 2016 on the Replacement of Several State Ministries of the the Cabinet of Working for the Period of 2014 – 2019; 8. Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 05/ PERMEN-KP/2005 on Fish Quarantine Measures for Release of Carrier of Quarantine Fish Pests and Diseases; 9. Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 20/ PERMEN-KP/2007 on Fish Quarantine Measures for the Entry of Carrier of Quarantine Fish Pests and Diseases from overseas and from an area to another area within the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia; 10. Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 46/ PERMEN-KP/2014 on Official Control of Quality and Safety of Fishery Products that Entry into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 1532) as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries

HAS DECIDED

To establish : DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF MARINE AFFAIRS AND FISHERIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA REGARDING THE PLACE OF ENTRY AND EXIT POINT OF CARRIER OF QUARANTINE FISH PESTS AND DISEASES

FIRST : To establish the place of entry and exit point of carrier of quarantine fish pests and diseases as prescribed in the Appendix, being an integral part of this Minister Decree SECOND : Upon the effective date of this Minister Decree, The decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries number 56/ KEPMEN-KP/2014 regarding the stipulation of the place of entry and exit of carrier of quarantine fish pests and diseases shall be revoked and declared no longer valid THIRD : This Decree shall take effect as of the enactment date.
