PB 001/13 Sporting Circular 2013 Dear Sir or Madam, We are pleased to send you below a summary of the most important decisions taken by the Management Council upon proposal of the various Commissions concerning the UEM / FIM Europe sporting activity in 2013 as well as some information about general matters and procedures. 1. 2013 SPORTING SEASON November 30 2012 the new Statutes of the UEM has been approved in Monaco on the occasion of the Extraordinary General Assembly and it envisages the new denomination which will be from now on FIM Europe. UEM title will be valid up to the end of 2013. Only riders with UEM / FIM Europe licenses are entitled to participate to European Championships and Cups. The FIM licenses will not be accepted. Calendar inscription fees and licenses fee are as per previous year, no changes (annexe I and II). Next UEM / FIM Europe Congress in Vilnius/LTU 27-30 June 2013. 2013 Guidelines – what’s new DISCIPLINES - NEWS Road Racing The rules for the European Championship Road Race (RR03) will be definitive not before March 2013. A new European Championship will be organised for Hill Climb Road Race running over 4 events. The European / FIM Europe Junior Cup will use the Honda CBR500 R as race bike. This series is open for riders from 14 up to 19 years. Riders must sign a contract with Race Days Promotions. Request for Wild Cards is possible.     Competition Licence Notes - 2019 Off Road Disciplines A Competition Licence (or Registration in the case of Trials) is required by every rider and passenger participating in any competition held under the National Sporting Code of the ACU. It is the responsibility of the competitor, or in the case of minors the parent or persons with parental responsibility, to ensure that their licence is valid and issued for the correct class. The issuing of a licence does not guarantee an entry into, or acceptance into, any competition. All licences are valid from 1 January to 31 December of the year of issue. Licence fees are non-refundable. Duplicate ACU licences can be obtained on request at a cost of £5. Duplicate FIM and FIM Europe licences can be obtained through the ACU. Your photograph You must send a passport sized photograph if: • you are applying for your first licence. • your appearance has changed significantly from the photo on your current licence Please write your name and date of birth on the reverse of your photo. Your details You must complete this section in full, or amend clearly if already filled in. Your address must be within the British Isles but not Ireland. Please ensure you include your postcode and date of birth. If under 18 years of age and you have not previously submitted proof of age, you must include this with your application. Altres disposicions i actes administratius ADMINISTRACIÓ DE LA COMUNITAT AUTÒNOMA CONSELLERIA DE TRANSPARÈNCIA, CULTURA I ESPORTS 575 Resolució de la consellera de Transparència, Cultura i Esports per la qual es convoquen ajuts als esportistes i als clubs esportius de les Illes Balears per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la península, les illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris oficials 1. L’article 10.1 j de la Llei 14/2006, de 17 d’octubre, de l’esport de les Illes Balears, estableix que correspon a l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en l’exercici de les seves competències, fomentar l’esport d’alt nivell. 2. L’article 2.1 f de l’Ordre del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 18 de desembre de 2012 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d’esports (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de gener) disposa que són susceptibles d’ajuts els desplaçaments per assistir a competicions oficials. D’altra banda, l’article 5.1 de la mateixa Ordre estableix que les convocatòries que es dictin a l’empara d’aquestes bases s’han d’aprovar per resolució del conseller competent en esports i s’han de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. 3. La Conselleria de Transparència, Cultura i Esports, mitjançant la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut, exerceix les competències en matèria d’esport i lleure, atorgades per l’article 30.12 de l’Estatut d’autonomia de les Illes Balears, i d’acord amb el que disposa el Decret 24/2015, de 8 d’agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.
