20/1108/FUL Proposal: Formation of car parking area together with road and drainage improvements Site Address: Lake Vyrnwy, Llanwddyn, Oswestry, Powys SY10 0LZ . Council RESOLVED to support the application.

20/1127/FUL Proposal: Erection of an outdoor activity and events shelter Site Address: Lake Vyrnwy Sculpture Park , Llanwddyn , Powys. Council RESOLVED to support the application in principle but feels a provision of toilet facilities are required for the area.

20/1072/ADV Proposal: Display of 33 no. non-illuminated signs Site Address: R.S.P.B., Lake Vyrnwy, Llanwddyn, Oswestry Powys. Council RESOLVED to support the application.

20/1091/FUL Proposal: Refurbishment of Chapel to reinstate visitor centre, demolition of shop and erection of a replacement. Erection of an extension and alterations to Education Centre. Change of use and alterations of meeting room in RSPB offices to provide a temporary shop. Alterations to vehicular and pedestrian access, landscaping, installation of signage and all associated works. Site Address: The Lake Vyrnwy Experience , Bethel Chapel, Education Centre And RSPB Offices , Llanwddyn, Oswestry SY10 0LZ. Council RESOLVED to support the application.

20/1092/CAC Proposal: Demolition of shop extension Site Address: Bethel Church , Llanwddyn, Oswestry, SY10 0LZ. Council RESOLVED to support the application.

Toilets (088) Council was informed that the cleaners had resigned due to the toilets being regularly trashed. An advert has been posted on the Llanwddyn FB page. Mrs Thomas has volunteer to clean for the month of August. If no cleaner is found, then toilets will be temporary closed until one is appointed.

The next council meeting will be held Tuesday 14th September 2020 at 7pm via Messenger.
