The EY Women Athletes Business Network (WABN) mentoring program is designed to harness the untapped leadership potential of elite women athletes, who have transitioned or are in the process of transitioning from sport to a career in business or other professional sphere. The collaboration and power of IWF and EY bring an unmatched capability for helping these rising leaders transition to or further develop successful business careers. Through a highly competitive selection process, 25 elite athletes are selected and matched with a prominent woman leader from IWF’s membership.
