MATJHABENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE OPERATION PATALA NEW SCHEDULE We would like to inform the public on the change of the new cycle that will start on the 12th of November 2012. This will deviate from the normal reading plan as advertised in the Vista which was supposed to start on the 18th of November 2012. The reason for this change in the reading schedule to assist Operation Patala. The sooner we can get our billing out to the customers the earlier we can receive payment on the outstanding amounts. The months that will be affected is as follows. In December 2012 you will receive a statement that would be five days shorter as per the normal billing. Then the January 2013 statement will be shorter by seven days. The reading plan is as follows.
