Based on the article 170 Of the Law on Administrative Procedure („Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH“, no. 2/98, 48/99 and 40/16), and at the request of the Public Institution „Sarajevo War Theatre – SARTR“, number: 03-142/18, on the date 05.06.2018, it is issued

CONFIRMATION

1. That the Public Institution „Sarajevo War Theatre – SARTR“ is a public institution, established by the Decision of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly on the establishment of the Public Institution Sarajevo War Theatre – SARTR („Official Gazette of the Canton of Sarajevo“, no. 3/99 - consolidated text 31/07 and 1/13), which operates in the Treasury Business System exclusively through the Single Treasury Account of the Sarajevo Canton and is kept in the registry of budget users of the Sarajevo Canton (budget organization number – 22020005 in the Treasury of the Canton Sarajevo).

2. This confirmation is issued to the Public Institution as evidence that the Public Institution does not have its own account; that the Canton of Sarajevo is the sole founder of the Public Institution „Sarajevo War Theatre – SARTR“; and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Canton of Sarajevo supervises the legality of work of the Public Institution, which performs all of its financial transactions through the Single Treasury Account of the Sarajevo Canton, in order to facilitate applications for the competitions for co-financing its projects and should not be used for other purposes.
