Case No. 25/2011 (Arising out of Case Nos. 146,147,148 & 148/2010)

In the matter of: Application u/s 94(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for review of RST order dated 18.03.2011 for FY 2011-12 passed in Case No. 146,147,148 & 149/2010.

Whereas Dept. of Energy, Govt. of Odisha has filed a petition u/S.94(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation70 of the OERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations,2004 for review of the RST order dated 18.03.2011 passed in Case Nos. 146,147,148 & 149/2010 for FY 2011-12 which is registered Case No. 25/2011; And Whereas, the Commission will hear the above review Case No.25 of 2011 on 09.06.2011 at 11:AM on question of admission and hearing and whereas it is necessary that the Objectors and Consumer Counsels, members of the public are required under sub-section 3 of S.64 of the Electricity Act,2003 to submit their suggestions/objections for consideration of the commission those who had participated in the Retail Supply Tariff hearing for FY 2011-12 with respect to Case Nos. 146,147,148 & 149/2010 are required to appear and take part in the hearing for disposal of the above review petition; Therefore, this notice is given to all the Objectors as well as the Consumer Counsels to appear before the Commission personally or through their authorized representative or duly constituted attorney on the date and time fixed above and to take part in the hearing. The copy of the aforesaid review application filed by the petitioner may be downloaded by the Objectors and the Consumer Counsels from the Commission’s website (www.orierc.org) or it may be obtained from the Office of the Commission by paying photo copy charges of Rs.25/-(Rupees twenty five) only to enable them to file their reply on or before 07.06.2011 serving copy to the petitioner and participate in the hearing. CORRIGENDUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE DATED 31.05.2011

Case No. 25/2011 (Arising out of Case Nos. 146,147,148 & 148/2010)

In the matter of: Application u/s 94(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for review of RST order dated 18.03.2011 for FY 2011-12 passed in Case No. 146,147,148 & 149/2010.

The Commission in its Public Notice published on 31.05.2011 had fixed the date 09.06.2011 to hear the above review case. The hearing of the above case shall now be taken up on dated 16.06.2011 at 11AM instead of dated 09.06.2011.

All other contents of the Public Notice dated 31.05.2011 shall remain unaltered.
