Formål Kommune- og Regionsorienteringen er et supplement til Status Letbane, der er den kvartalsvise afrapportering om letbaneprojektet til bestyrelsen i og ejerne af Hovedstadens Letbane samt til staten som tilskudsmyndighed. Kommune- og Regionsorienteringen er udarbejdet med henblik at give letbanekommunerne og regionen et billede af, hvordan letbaneprojektet kommer til at påvirke deres omgivelser i den nærmeste fremtid. 1.2. Opbygning og indhold Kommune- og Regionsorienteringen er bygget op på følgende måde. Først præsenteres en samlet oversigt over de projektaktiviteter, der forventeligt finder sted i løbet af det næste halve år i letbanekommunerne. Oversigten forsøger i videst muligt omfang at belyse alle projektaktiviteter, der finder sted i løbet af de næste seks måneder. Zones, Depending on How Far You’Re Going
Tickets and travel cards in the Greater Copenhagen region When you’re a tourist, you can choose between different forms of tickets and travel cards which are all valid for both buses, trains and Metro in the Greater Copenhagen region. Your choice depends on how much and how you choose to move around during your stay. Single tickets You can buy single tickets that are valid for a stated time period and a specific number of zones, depending on how far you’re going. Single tickets are the obvious choice, if you prefer mainly to walk around town and sometimes choose to take a bus. Discount cards (Danish: Klippekort) If you plan on taking the bus, train or metro several times during your stay, it’s cheaper to use a discount card than buying single tickets. Discount cards are available for 10 journeys within two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight or all zones. If, for instance, you buy a discount card for two zones, you have to punch the number of times corresponding to the number of zones you’ll be travelling through. You can see the number of zones on the special zone maps at stations and bus stops. An example is given in the attachment of this document. On the back of the discount card, you can see how long the clip is valid. Several people can travel together on a discount card. This makes the discount card the obvious choice for a group of people who want a flexible solution when moving around town. 24‐hour ticket The 24‐hour ticket offers you 24 hours of unlimited travel by bus, train and Metro throughout all the zones of the Greater Copenhagen region. -

Tourism Mobility in the suburbs A Case Study of Kongens Lyngby Written by: Susanne Neander Duus Master in Tourism Student nr. 20150817 10th semester Supervisor: Carina Ren Aalborg University Hand in date: 31-07-2017 Denmark 1 Abstract Tourism mobility has become a new travelling behavior, which results from our access to digital devices and urge for being self reliant when travelling. We, no longer need the traditional touristic elements. This new behavior has especially transformed our travel habits and the travelling industry is the one industry that have taken the digital age to heart. This turn in our mobility is discussed through a historic development where the perspective for the case of Lyngby are being discussed. The discussion leads to the case study of Lyngby. A suburb to Copenhagen, which are developing the city through knowledge. However, as a resident in the city I have wondered why tourism, has no part in the City. I have found several contradictions, such as the tourism office that closes, and a tourist strategy that is being created at the same time, based on a vague report, furthermore the neglection of tourism, which is also made on vague grounds. A statement from the municipality awaked my curiosity; “the fact is, that we don't want tourism”. However as an employee of the city's hotel, I saw many tourists and their need for touristic products. There seem to be a misconception of tourism among the city representants and also a lack of acknowledgement for how tourism can contribute to the local stakeholders, residents and the community. -

Hillerødtog er i 1964 på vej op ad stigningen nord for Holte Station. Et typisk Nordbanetog med S-maskine og en stribe CL- vogne med 2. klasse og til sidst en tilsvarende CLE med rejse- godsrum. Men første vogn er en 1. klasse sidegangsvogn litra AC, som var mere populære blandt de „fine“ kunder end „akvarierne“. (HGC) yderste stationer afkortedes. Derved mistede passage- modtaget.
