Fox Introduces Cast of ‘Rent Live’

Set to "Seasons Of Love," Fox uses the song to introduce the cast of Rent Live, scheduled to air January 27 at 7 p.m.

The live television event stars Kiersey Clemons (Hearts Beat Loud), Brandon Victor Dixon (Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert), Jordan Fisher (Hamilton), Vanessa Hudgens (Grease: Live), Brennin Hunt (Nashville), Mario (Empire), Tinashe (Dancing with the Stars), and Valentina (RuPaul's Drag Race).

The re-imagining of Puccini's "La Bohème," is set in New York City's gritty East Village, and tells the story of seven artists struggling to follow their dreams during a time of social and political turmoil.

Rent was originally was produced in New York by New York Theatre Workshop and on Broadway by Jeffrey Seller, Kevin McCollum, Allan S. Gordon and New York Theatre Workshop.
