SUBJECT Castelli Design is seeking applications for the role of Architectural Lighting Designer to join our studio in the Spring of 2021.

FIRM DESCRIPTION Castelli Design specializes in lighting design for Architectural projects. Our multi-disciplinary background affords us participation in a wide variety of project types. On average, our studio handles over 100 projects each year, including flagship retail spaces; corporate headquarters and offices; academic institutions; biotech firms and hospitals; houses of worship; core & shell building lighting; and site design. We have a creative results-driven culture based on a design-forward approach to performance. IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our design team. Candidates should be self-starters and display initiative in the field of architectural lighting design. Prior experience in the lighting design industry is not required. The ideal candidate will have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design and/or Lighting Design. Further, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

1. Proficiency in Revit, the Adobe Suite, Autodesk CAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite, defined as experience using the software on projects and/or in a professional setting. 2. Full commitment to delivering a quality work-product in accordance with the demands of project schedules. 3. Highly attentive to detail, team-oriented and comfortable in a work-hard-play-hard environment. 4. Knowledge of AGi is preferred.
