Abstract: The Vistula Lagoon is a cross-border area with high natural values and a developing market of tourist services. Passenger shipping is an important part of local tourism, but ship owners are insufficiently involved in planning processes and their views on creating shipping development are underrepresented. The article aims to compare the vision of the development of passenger shipping in the Polish part of the Vistula Lagoon between local governments creating the spatial policy and ship owners offering transport services. We have made an attempt to verify the development prospects. The collation of these visions was based primarily on the qualitative analysis of the content of planning and strategic documents (desk research method) and a survey conducted among all six ship owners. Thanks to the comparative analysis, it was possible to show similarities and differences and to indicate recommendations. The paper presents review of the available literature on the subject, thanks to which the research area was identified as unique in Europe. On the one hand, it is a valuable natural area, which is an important tourist destination, on the other hand, there are organizational and infrastructural limitations in meeting the needs of tourists. Jest to motyka wykonana z rogu renifera, znale­ ziona nad morzem w pobliżu Darłówka. Żyła tu wtedy, głównie latem, półkoczow- nicza ludność wędrowna, trudniąca się myślistwem, rybołówstwem i zbieractwem. Kolejne ślady już niemal stałego pobytu społeczności mezolitycznych pochodzą z około 5100 r. p.n.e. (ludzie wówczas zbierali orzechy laskowe z drzew leszczyny rosnących w pobliżu jeziora Bukowo). W miarę stałe osadnictwo w Dąbkach koło Darłowa rozpoczęło się około 4800-4700 r. p.n.e. i trwało do około 4000-3900 r. p.n.e. Była to ludność kultury pucharów lejkowatych, związana z osadnictwem erte- belskim. Wykopaliska archeologiczne z Darłowa i okolic potwierdzają, że ten obszar kulturowy wytworzył się kilka tysięcy lat temu. Około połowy II w. znajdowała się tu prawdopodobnie ważna siedziba plemienia Rugiów - Rugion (Rugium). Z badań wynika, że Rugium leżało w pobliżu ujścia rzeki Grabowej do Wieprzy1. Wówczas Wieprza (Vipperam - Viadua)2 i Grabowa (Vettra, Vethra) tworzyły pod Darłowem deltę. Zachodnie ramię tej delty, noszące nazwę Trah, płynęło od Darłowa wzdłuż Morza Bałtyckiego do jeziora Bukowo, oddając w Bobolinie część wód Bałtykowi * Podczas mej pracy w darłowskim samorządzie nasunęła mi się myśl poznania choćby fragmentarycz­ nego początków darłowskiego samorządu i jego wpływu na rozwój średniowiecznego miasta.

Growing shipping traffic increases the likelihood of collisions. A quantitative analysis of the impact of fishing vessel traffic streams on streams of merchant vessel traffic aims to identify areas of intense traffic of this type and to assess the potential risks. The identification of intersections of fishing vessel routes and merchant shipping traffic allows us to identify spots of potential collisions. The analysis made use of the IALA IWRAP Mk2 program and AIS data collected from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.     WIRTUALNA PRZECHADZKA ZE ŚWINOUJŚCIA DO HELU 2020 Prolog Kiedyś... kilka lat temu... dwie „miastowe” dziewczynki wybrały się na Przechadzkę. Zapisały się ze stosownym wyprzedzeniem u Kuby, „wstały” zza biurka, spakowały plecaki i postanowiły przejść wybrzeże. Podczas odprawy w Świnoujściu, „weterani” przypatrywali się z niemałymi uśmieszkami, że... buty nie takie, plecaki za duże, obstawiali zakłady kiedy odpadną... Po dwóch, czy trzech dniach? Ewentualnie, kiedy będą swój bagaż do domu odsyłać? Ale... dałyśmy radę, a nasza przygoda z Przechadzkami trwa do dziś. W tym roku do corocznej Przechadzki zaczęłam szykować się wcześniej. Plany były inne... choć w Przechadzkach uczestniczyłam już wielokrotnie, ta miała być WYJĄTKOWA (hmmm... jak co roku ;p ). Były plany, były marzenia... W obliczu panującej zarazy uległy one zmianom. Moja Przechadzka zaczęła się w Wielkanoc... zaczęłam układać puzzle. Wszyscy moi znajomi, przyjaciele, wiedzą jak ważne są dla mnie nasze wspólne wyjazdy, morze, spacery. To sens mojego życia. Nadający nadzieję, rytm, oczekiwania. W Wielkanoc układałam puzzle, które kilka dni wcześniej dostałam od przyjaciela. Układałam, układałam, przy każdym kafelku myśląc, że to kolejne kilometry. Każdy kafelek przywoływał kolejne wspomnienia. Układanka była niełatwa, bezchmurne niebo, bez cienia zmiany koloru... piasek, wciąż o tym samym odcieniu... cienie, o jednakowym natężeniu szarości. Z czasu układania, wyszło mi że przeszłam ponad 200 kilometrów... Gdy stało się już pewne, że w tym roku Przechadzka się nie odbędzie, gdy było wiadomo, że plany trzeba zmienić... zmieniłam. Zaczęłam wciąż wizualizować sobie Przechadzkę. Chodzić, po tak znanych w realu szlakach, na mapach. Przeglądałam zdjęcia. Śniłam po nocach. Czułam... chłonęłam zapachy. Tak... Przechadzka to dla mnie głównie ludzie, moi przyjaciele, to wspólne przeżycia..

    REGULAMIN KRAJOZNAWCZEJ ODZNAKI MORSKIEJ (KOM) 1. Krajoznawcza Odznaka Morska została ustanowiona na wniosek Oddziału PTTK Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni w cel zachęcenia szerokich kręgów turystów, zwłaszcza młodzieży, do poznawania problematyki morskiej i historycznych związków Polski z morzem. 2. Odznakę można zdobyć dopiero po ukończeniu 12 roku życia. 3. Odznaka posiada trzy stopnie: złoty, srebrny i brązowy. Normy na wyższy stopień odznaki można zdobywać bezpośrednio po spełnieniu wymagań na odznakę stopnia niższego. Nie wolno jednak zaliczyć powtórnie wypełnienia warunków oraz zwiedzania miast i obiektów zaliczonych na niższy stopień odznaki. W ciągu roku można zdobyć tylko jeden stopień odznaki. 4. Odznakę zdobywa się zwiedzając miejscowości i obiekty oraz spełniając warunki wymienione w dalszej części regulaminu w czasie wycieczek zbiorowych i indywidualnych – pieszych, kolarskich, motorowych itp. Zwiedzanie miejscowości lub obiektu winno być udokumentowane przez potwierdzenie przewodnika prowadzącego wycieczkę, instruktora krajoznawstwa, przewodnika turystyki kwalifikowanej PTTK lub organizatora imprez albo uzyskanie pieczątki w dzienniczku prowadzonej przez zdobywającego odznakę. 5. W celu zdobycia Krajoznawczej Odznaki Morskiej należy: w stopniu brązowym – zwiedzić 12 miejscowości i obiektów na terenie co najmniej jednego województwa nadmorskiego, w stopniu srebrnym – zwiedzić 24 miejscowości i obiekty na terenie co najmniej dwóch województw nadmorskich, w stopniu złotym – zwiedzić 48 miejscowości i obiekty na terenie co najmniej

The Maritime Branch of the Institute of Mete-orology and Water Management (IMWM MB) from Gdynia and Maritime Institute (MI) from Gdansk have been responsible for the typology of Polish marine wa- ters. The analysis of data collected mainly during more than forty years of oceanographic activity of the IMWM MB allowed to discern the following water categories: - transitional waters including the entire areas of the Szczecin Lagoon, Vistula Lagoon and a part of the Gulf of Gdansk – the internal Puck Bay, called Puck Lagoon, as well as parts of the Gulf of Gdansk and Pomeranian Bay under significant influence of riverine plumes; - coastal waters comprising a band of water defined according to the article 2, par. 7, and tak- ing into account art.2, par.1, of the Water Framework Directive (WFD), excluding the areas of transitional waters; - modified waters comprising waters within the rivers mouth areas along the central Polish coast and corresponding to the issue of internal marine waters in the Polish legislation on ma- rine areas. 1 Introduction Following the request of the Polish Ministry of Environment regarding the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive, a consortium of four scientific Institutes has been formed in Poland to elaborate the typology of the Polish surface and ground-waters.
