Corporate Consolidation Accountant

KSR International Co. is actively seeking a Corporate Consolidation Accountant . This position will commence immediately. This position is a permanent full time position with an attractive benefit package and bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS

University Business or Economics Degree or CPA/CGA Three years’ experience in both plant and corporate accounting positions

SKILLS Detail and deadline oriented PC and mainframe skills Corporate financial accounting and reporting skills Ability to multi-task and exercise strong time management Hyperion skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Authorize payables Review & prepare consolidated financial statements for Group in Hyperion Prepare bank reconciliations for several companies Maintain integrity of consolidation data in Hyperion Prepare corporate profit sharing bonus tracking chart Prepare financial reports including account reconciliations, HST returns, EHT returns, employee receivables, etc. Prepare financial reports for Leasing company, including account reconciliations, fixed assets, and HST returns US tax PBC list and reporting for Group US tax fixed asset reporting for Group Oversee all corporate spending, including work order approvals & expense approvals and seek out reasonable cost reductions where available Review and authorize all journal entries prepared by General Accountant Review consolidated financial statements for KSR Group Forecast to Actual Comparison Reporting Monitor LTA collections and payments Ensure statement package complete for CFO’s review Distribute statement package to executives and owners Complete prototype and tooling summaries Complete ad hoc projects and assignments as required for evolving business needs
