Job description As the company grows, we are seeking a highly motivated Group Accountant and Consolidation Manager. The person will report to the Head of Finance who is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Your responsibilities include: – Managing the corporate month end accounting process – Monthly review of local entities’ reporting packages – Preparation of monthly management reports and Board reporting package – Managing monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance – Preparation of Group consolidated financial statements according to IFRS – Statutory reporting according to Swiss Code of Obligations – Development of Group accounting policy and accounting handbook – Continues optimization of accounting and reporting system (monthly closing, ICS) – Key contact person for all accounting related matters – Support accounting team on specific accounting topics (e.g. inventory valuation, financial lease accounting, etc.) – Support establishing and managing share-based payment programs – Management of transfer pricing and tax filings – Liaise with the external auditors

Minimum requirements As an ideal candidate you will bring following experiences and qualifications to the role: – University degree in Finance (Accounting and Controlling), CPA or similar education – Several years of practical knowledge of Group Accounting and consolidation – Experience with ERP and consolidation systems – Training with one of the big-4 of advantage – Profound knowledge in accounting and reporting, with focus on IFRS – Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail – Proficient use of Microsoft Office especially Excel with several years of business-related experience with Power Pivot and Power Query – Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be an asset
