U.I.F. is a national association of lawyers. 23/03/2017–01/03/2018 Legal expert - Lawyer of the legal clinic in Naples of the JUSTROM Programme COUNCIL OF EUROPE - JustRom Programme, Strasbourg (France) JustRom is an EU (European Commission) and CoE joint pilot programme launched in Italy in October 2016 which set up a Legal Desk in Naples on March 2017, by h a Legal Clinic-based formula.

Improving the access to Justice of Roma and Sinti women and their families, coordinating the team members (paralegal and facilitator) of the legal clinic set up in Naples, following directives of the national coordinator for Italy and collaborating with other teams operating in Rome-Italy and in other countries where the programme works. Providing advisory services to beneficiaries, especially on Migration Law and Statelessness. Drafting reports to the project Manager and applications or complaints to Courts, national Authorities or administrative bodies. Defence and legal representation in court or before administrative offices. Raising awareness on fundamental rights within the targeted communities/settlements of potential beneficiaries of the Programme in Naples and in other cities within the Region of Campania. Empowering Roma and Traveller women living in Naples and in other cities within the Region of Campania to adequately address discrimination and other human rights violations committed against them, including early/forced marriage, trafficking, domestic violence, housing evictions, police abuse and hate crime by raising their awareness about discrimination, complaint mechanisms, the justice system and human rights institutions. Facilitating access to court and court proceedings at local, national and international levels. Building confidence on the Programme among Roma and Sinti communities, as well as local and national (administrative, police and judicial) institutions and NGOs, in order to obtain the best results for beneficiaries.

13/10/2015–23/10/2017 MEMBER OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION Council of Lawyers of the Bar of Naples, Napoli (Italia) The Human Rights Commission of Naples Bar Council was established with the aim of monitoring, acting upon and promoting knowledge and protection of Human rights within the whole metropolitan area of Naples (above all in areas such as , , , Secondigliano etc.) also in order to provide legal assistance to disadvantaged persons (nationals and foreigners), as well as to foster cooperation with other similar bodies both at the national and international levels, including support for the international observatory on lawyers human rights defenders in state of danger. This Commission is founding member, together with the Church of Naples and Comunità di Sant’Egidio, of The Observatory within the metropolitan area of Naples “Osservatorio Giuridico, di Ascolto e di Orientamento sui Diritti Sociali” which counts on several partnerships, including with the above-mentioned EU-CoE Joint Programme in Italy JUSTROM; I am member of the executive board of the Observatory. Within this framework, I have been member of the Scientific Committee which organized: 1. The "First Itinerant Forum on Human Rights "Primo Forum Itinerante sui Diritti Umani - l'inviolabilità dei diritti dalle ragioni del disagio agli strumenti del rilancio" held in Scampia at the Carlo Levi- Ilaria Alpi School on from the 12th to the 14th of january 2017; 2.
