Tender forms :- On line Available from 11.00 A.M. on 05.07.2013 upto 12.00 Noon On 02.08.2013. On www.nittenders.com

Receipt/Submission :- On line from 11.00 A.M. on 05.07.2013 up-to 12.00 Noon on 02.08.2013. On www.nittenders.com

Physical Submission :- Envelope 1 containing EMD, certified copies of Technical bid documents, eligibility documents as specified in tender document form of N.I.T. should be submitted on 02.08.2013 from 12.00 Noon to 02.00 P.M. at Technical Section, Head Office, N.I.T. in a sealed envelope 1 mentioning the Name of Work, Tender Number, date of tender, name of agency/contractor on the envelope cover and should be addressed to Superintending Engineer, N.I.T. Financial Bid should not be submitted physically. If submitted physically the tenders will be rejected.

Pre-bid meeting :- On 20.07. 2013 at 4.00 P.M. at Office of Superintending Engineer, N.I.T.

Opening :- At N.I.T. Office on 02.08. 2013 at 2.00 P.M. or as decided by N.I.T.

Note :-

1 Contactors not registered with NIT at the time of bidding, will have to get registered before issue of work order on getting work awarded. 2 Every bidder should submit the required valid EMD and eligibility documents as per tender document through on line system by scanning of documents and uploading the same documents on line at www.nittenders.com. at “Technical” Option. 3 The technical eligibility documents should be submitted online in “TECHNICAL” option as well as physically. For ITEM RATE TENDERS, Financial bid should be submitted online in “COMMERCIAL” option only by scanning the financial bid document given along with the tender document and nowhere else in technical option or physically. If financial bid is submitted online along with technical bid documents or physically the tender shall be rejected. 4 Every bidder should submit the certified copies of eligibility documents as specified in tender document along with EMD physically in sealed envelope mentioning name of work, name of bidder, date of tender etc. at NIT Head Office (Technical Section) on date of tender receipt i.e. on 02.08. 2013 in between 12.00 Noon to 2.00 PM only at the office of Nagpur Improvement Trust, Technical Section, Sadar, Nagpur. Without physical submission of valid EMD and Eligibility documents, the financial bid shall not be eligible for opening even though the same document are uploaded by the bidder for e-tendering on line.
