This is how we build the ideological and political brand of the sports curriculum and build the whole staff The whole process and all-round system of physical education are the precious wealth of cultivating applied talents with all-round development of morality, intel- ligence, sports, beauty and labor. 1. Connotation and Significance of Baise Red Cultural Resources Deng Xiaoping, Zhang Yunyi, Yu Zuoyu, Wei Baqun, Li Mingrui and other Communists of China launched and led Baise Uprising and Longzhou Uprising one after another when the democratic revolution in China was at a low ebb. With their blood and life, they forged the spirit of “indomitable, united and pragmatic, dedi- cated and hard-working, striving for innovation first”, which is called Baise Upris- ing Spirit. The spirit of perseverance is the soul of Baise uprising spirit, the spirit of unity and pragmatism is the characteristic of Baise uprising spirit, the spirit of ded- ication and struggle is the key of Baise uprising spirit, the spirit of innovation is the core of Baise uprising spirit, the four complement each other and form the spirit of Baise uprising, highlighting the perseverance and dedication of Deng Xiaoping and other Communist Party members and revolutionaries. Strong will reflects Deng Xiaoping’s revolutionary feelings of unity, pragmatism and innovation among the army and the people in the leading base areas. Red cultural resources refer to the advanced cultural resources formed by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the pro- cess of revolution, construction and reform to strive for national independence and realize the prosperity and strength of the country, with Mao Zedong Thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the core, condensing the so- cialist and communist ideals and beliefs pursued by the Chinese people, and demon- strating the Chinese people’s courage to struggle and tenacity. The spirit of struggle, unity and pragmatism, and overcoming difficulties and difficulties. One of its im- portant components is the Baise Red Cultural Resources. Baise Red Cultural Re- sources refer to the formation of the proletarian revolutionists of the older genera- tion such as Deng Xiaoping who led the people of all nationalities in the New Democratic Revolution in Guangxi and guided Guangxi by Marxism to explore the road of national independence and self-liberation in accordance with the specific reality of the region around the Yangtze River in Guangxi, reflecting the ideals, be- liefs, moral values, pursuit and aspiration of the people of all nationalities in Guangxi. Relevant systems of political, economic and cultural construction, concise spirit of Baise Uprising, story films, emerging figures and revolutionary heroes, etc. show intangible resources of red culture. Baise red cultural resources embody the characteristics of unity of revolution- ary and advanced, rich and vivid, practical and innovative, national and popular, scientific and open. They have rich spiritual connotation and profound educational value. They are unique cultural form resources, an integral part of Chinese red cul- tural resources, and are as powerful as red cultural resources. The function of edu- cating people plays a leading role in value orientation, providing model demonstra- tion and enhancing national self-confidence. Therefore, Baise University, located in the border areas of old and young, should always carry forward the spirit of Baise Uprising, make full use of Baise red cultural resources, carry out effective ideolog- ical and political education, and let college students have a strong red flavor which they are very familiar with since childhood. Learning and living in the environment, improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, and promote the com- prehensive, healthy and sustainable development of physical education teachers. 2. Overview of Baise Red Cultural Resources The red cultural resources left behind by Baise Uprising can be divided into material and non-material resources. These resources provide fresh content for the ideological and political education of physical education courses in Colleges and universities in the border areas of old and young people. In the process of collision and sublimation of Ideological and moral realm, college students can further firmly establish scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values, and effectively en- hance service. This was at base, a function of perceived huaqiao economic utility, especially for what their remittances offered to China’s foreign reserves, and hence the party-state’s qiaowu approach was a political practice to secure that economic utility.

  • RDL Mutations Predict Multiple Insecticide Resistance in Anopheles Sinensis in Guangxi, China Chan Yang1,2, Zushi Huang1, Mei Li1, Xiangyang Feng3 and Xinghui Qiu1*
Yang et al. Malar J (2017) 16:482 https://doi.org/10.1186/s12936-017-2133-0 Malaria Journal RESEARCH Open Access RDL mutations predict multiple insecticide resistance in Anopheles sinensis in Guangxi, China Chan Yang1,2, Zushi Huang1, Mei Li1, Xiangyang Feng3 and Xinghui Qiu1* Abstract Background: Anopheles sinensis is a major vector of malaria in China. The gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-gated chloride channel, encoded by the RDL (Resistant to dieldrin) gene, is the important target for insecticides of widely varied structures. The use of various insecticides in agriculture and vector control has inevitably led to the develop- ment of insecticide resistance, which may reduce the control efectiveness. Therefore, it is important to investigate the presence and distribution frequency of the resistance related mutation(s) in An. sinensis RDL to predict resistance to both the withdrawn cyclodienes (e.g. dieldrin) and currently used insecticides, such as fpronil. Methods: Two hundred and forty adults of An. sinensis collected from nine locations across Guangxi Zhuang Autono- mous Region were used. Two fragments of An. sinensis RDL (AsRDL) gene, covering the putative insecticide resistance related sites, were sequenced respectively. The haplotypes of each individual were reconstructed by the PHASE2.1 software, and confrmed by clone sequencing. The phylogenetic tree was built using maximum-likelihood and Bayes- ian inference methods. Genealogical relations among diferent haplotypes were also analysed using Network 5.0. Results: The coding region of AsRDL gene was 1674 bp long, encoding a protein of 557 amino acids. AsRDL had 98.0% amino acid identity to that from Anopheles funestus, and shared common structural features of Cys-loop ligand- gated ion channels.

  • Biplot Evaluation of Test Environments and Identification of Mega
www.nature.com/scientificreports OPEN Biplot evaluation of test environments and identification of mega-environment for sugarcane Received: 23 April 2015 Accepted: 28 September 2015 cultivars in China Published: 22 October 2015 Jun Luo1, Yong-Bao Pan2, Youxiong Que1, Hua Zhang1, Michael Paul Grisham2 & Liping Xu1 Test environments and classification of regional ecological zones into mega environments are the two key components in regional testing of sugarcane cultivars. This study aims to provide the theoretical basis for test environment evaluation and ecological zone division for sugarcane cultivars. In the present study, sugarcane yield data from a three-year nationwide field trial involving 21 cultivars and 14 pilot test locations were analysed using both analysis of variance (ANOVA) and heritability adjusted-genotype main effect plus genotype-environment interaction (HA-GGE) biplot. The results showed that among the interactive factors, the GE interaction had the greatest impact, while the genotype and year interaction showed the lowest impact. Kaiyuan, Lincang and Baoshan of Yunnan, Zhangzhou and Fuzhou of Fujian, and Hechi, Liuzhou and Chongzuo of Guangxi, and Lingao of Hainan were ideal test environments with a demonstrated high efficiency in selecting new cultivars with a wide adaptability, whereas Baise of Guangxi was not. Based on HA-GGE biplot analysis, there are three ecological sugarcane production zones in China, the Southern China Inland Zone, the Southwestern Plateau Zone, and the Southern Coastal Zone. The HA-GGE biplot analysis here presents the ideal test environments and also identifies the mega-environment for sugarcane cultivars in China. Environmental changes affect both crop growth and yield due to significant genotype × environment interactions (GE)1–5.

DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.7314/APJCP.2015.16.8.3579 Anisotropic Patterns of Liver Cancer Prevalence in Guangxi in Southwest China: Is Local Climate a Contributing Factor? RESEARCH ARTICLE Anisotropic Patterns of Liver Cancer Prevalence in Guangxi in Southwest China: Is Local Climate a Contributing Factor? Wei Deng1&, Long Long2&*, Xian-Yan Tang3, Tian-Ren Huang1, Ji-Lin Li1, Min- Hua Rong1, Ke-Zhi Li1, Hai-Zhou Liu1 Abstract Geographic information system (GIS) technology has useful applications for epidemiology, enabling the detection of spatial patterns of disease dispersion and locating geographic areas at increased risk. In this study, we applied GIS technology to characterize the spatial pattern of mortality due to liver cancer in the autonomous region of Guangxi Zhuang in southwest China. A database with liver cancer mortality data for 1971-1973, 1990-1992, and 2004-2005, including geographic locations and climate conditions, was constructed, and the appropriate associations were investigated. It was found that the regions with the highest mortality rates were central Guangxi with Guigang City at the center, and southwest Guangxi centered in Fusui County. Regions with the lowest mortality rates were eastern Guangxi with Pingnan County at the center, and northern Guangxi centered in Sanjiang and Rongshui counties. Regarding climate conditions, in the 1990s the mortality rate of liver cancer positively correlated with average temperature and average minimum temperature, and negatively correlated with average precipitation. In 2004 through 2005, mortality due to liver cancer positively correlated with the average minimum temperature. Regions of high mortality had lower average humidity and higher average barometric pressure than did regions of low mortality.
