 CURRENT CALCULATION: The monitored food basket covers only 1900 kcal, but the threshold of food consumption consider to be normal is 2100 kcal. WFP is committed to cover 75% of the threshold (2100 kcal), which is 1575 kcal. Calculations October 2016: . Food basket cost 668 UAH per monitored basket (1900 kcal). WFP targets to cover 1575 kcal. Therefore, the Equation to find the cost of 1575 kcal if 1900 kcal cost 668 UAH: . CBT value = (1575*668 ) / 1900 = 553.7 UAH (October 2016 decision to increase the CBT value to 550 UAH).  POTENTIAL NEW CALCULATION: Applying the same approach and calculating the value of current CBT activities to cover 1575 kcal with current prices on food (on the national level it is 731 UAH): . CBT value = (1575*731 ) / 1900 = 606 UAH. This value is less than 10% higher compared to last one.  SEASONALITY CONSIDERATIONS? AGENDA
