Significant Canadians: Stamp Assignment
Once you have selected the individual who will appear on your commemorative stamp, you will need to locate quality information about that person that not only includes bibliographic details, but reasons for their impact on Canada.
Before you simply google, try these databases that are already compiled for you.
1. Using Chrome, go to library.wrdsb.ca. Scroll down to Virtual Library-Secondary to access excellent databases for research.
2. Click on the icon, which will take you to dozens of other databases.
*Not only will these databases provide acceptable and accurate information, but they will also provide the bibliographic details clearly (citations).
3. Click on the icon, which will also interface other databases.
*Select Biography and More to take you to an alphabetized list of people you can learn about.
