A Walk – in – interview will be held on 11th May, 2021 from 11.00 AM to 02.00 PM at the Office of the CMOH & Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Purba Medinipur for engagement of 22 Medical Officer and 28 Nurse, 3 CC Technician for two months for management of Covid at Panskura Super Speciality Hospital, Purba Medinipur. Eligible candidates are requested to appear before interview Board with in due time. It is also mentioned that the vacancy may vary. Details are given in the table below:–

Essential: i) Passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics / Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in Laboratory Technics (DLT) form any university / institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. Up to 40 years as on OR 01.01.2021 and Academic 6 CC Technician 3 Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) form any university / relaxation for Rs.17,220/- / Month Qualification, institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. reserved candidates Experience & Interview OR as per Govt. norms Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc in MLT / PG DMLT) form any university / institution recognized by the Central or State Govt.

All the mentioned posts are purely contractual in nature with initial period up to two months. This engagement is purely on temporary basis for 2 months which may be increased if Govt. permits beyond that period by any specific order. This does not entitle to claim for permanent appointment. The Candidates should be ready to join within 24 hours. The selection will be done on the basis of (Academic Qualification / experience / Interview).

The candidates should bring all original documents and a FORMAT annexed herewith on A4 size plain paper along with necessary supporting documents:

1. One Self Attested Photograph pasted on proper place of application format.

2. Self Attested photocopies of – i) Admit of Madhyamik / Equivalent (as proof of Age) ii) Voter / ADHAAR Card (as proof of Address & Photo Identity) iii) All necessary Marksheet of all educational qualification starting from Madhyamik/Equivalent. iv) Experience Certificate (it is noted that offer/Joining letter will not be treated as experience) from appointing authority mentioning joining date, tenure and date of resignation/retirement (if applicable). v) NOC of Employer wherever applicable.
