2 Hays Cottage The Parkland The mature parkland surrounds the principal house and is predominantly traditional parkland of an ancient pasture interspersed with specimen park trees including Horse Chestnut, Lime, Oak and Ash. Within the central area there is a small spring fed lake beside the chestnut avenue up the entrance drive.
