Welcome
Welcome to our second annual HealthFest event! Come rain or shine, let’s make a great day of it.
At the Warneford the stalls and games and things to do are all about ‘living well through activity’.
Wellbeing is about brain as well as body, motion and mind, outlook as well as output. We’re all different people and we choose different things – there’s information and suggestions available today, for workouts, walks and wellness routines that suit you, by yourself or in groups.
Have a look, have a try. It’ll give you a chance to check out the services offered by Oxford Health and other organisations. Most important: have fun!
Sincerely,
David Walker Chairman, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
