1-for-1 full priced admission ticket to Jurong Bird Park / Night Safari / River Safari / Singapore Zoo

This ticket, issued by Wildlife Reserves Singapore group inclusive of Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore Zoological Gardens and The Jurong Bird Park Private Limited (collectively referred to as the "WRS Group" or "WRS"), is subject to the following conditions: • Valid for single-park, same-day admission into selected park only, from 13 – 31 March 2020 (both dates inclusive). • Valid for Singaporeans, PRs, employment pass holders, dependent pass and long-term visit pass holders. • Promotion is valid for Adult and Child: - Child is defined as a local resident aged 3 to 12 years old. - Senior Citizens’ admission price does not apply as a full paying Adult. • Promotion is applicable with the purchase of a full priced admission ticket. • Ticket can be in any combination of adult or child ticket (i.e 2 adult tickets, 1 adult & 1 child ticket, 2 child tickets) where the higher priced ticket will be chargeable. • Each guest is allowed to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction (i.e. 5 fully paid tickets & 5 complimentary tickets). • Promotion is applicable for both online and on-site purchases. • Promotion is not valid with other discounts or promotions. • Promotion is not valid for tour groups, travel agents, school groups and ParkHopper ticket purchases. • Admission tickets purchased are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind. • Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket is prohibited. • No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired tickets. • Admission tickets purchased under this promotion are eligible for conversion to a Family or Individual Friends of Wildlife (FOW) or Friends of Singapore Zoo (FOSZ) or Friends of River Safari (FORS) or Friends of Night Safari (FONS) or Friends of Bird Park (FOBP) membership. Terms and conditions of ticket conversion to membership apply. • For Adult & Child single park admission tickets, o Singapore Zoo and Jurong Bird Park admission tickets exclude tram rides which are payable separately based on prevailing tram ride rates. o River Safari admission tickets exclude Amazon River Quest boat ride which is payable separately based on prevailing rates.

• Tickets are available at: - WRS Group online ticketing site (www.wrs.com.sg/ticketing) - Singapore Zoo Ticketing Counters; for on-site ticket purchase(s), proof of identity must be provided at the ticketing counters to enjoy the promotion. - Jurong Bird Park Ticketing Counters; for on-site ticket purchase(s), proof of identity must be provided at the ticketing counters to enjoy the promotion. • For online ticket purchase(s), WRS Group reserves the right to verify the proof of identity at point of entry. Tickets are valid for single park admission based on the date and time stated. Park admission is at ticket holder's own risk. WRS Group will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder while in the park. Any assistance provided by WRS Group shall not be construed as admission of liability. • Online purchase must be made with Singapore-issued AMEX, MasterCard, Visa cards and NETS Direct Debit cards from DBS, OCBC, POSB and UOB. • WRS Group may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor, and use any photographs, recordings or any other media records (including those displaying the image of the visitor), for any legitimate purpose, including WRS Group’s commercial advertising, promotion and/or marketing, without prior approval or compensation. • In the event of dispute, WRS Group electronic records shall prevail. • The Management of WRS Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Conversion to Membership

Promotion tickets can be converted to membership; but must be converted to Friends of Wildlife (FOW) or same-park membership AND in the combination of the promotion purchased, i.e. a 1 adult + 1 child bundle must be converted to 1 adult + 1 child membership only. • Promotion tickets CANNOT be converted as individual tickets, i.e a 1 adult + 1 child promotion bundle, cannot be converted into a 1 adult membership only. • Promotion tickets CANNOT be converted to a different park’s membership, i.e. Singapore Zoo admission ticket cannot be converted to FORS/FONS/FOBP membership.
