Depending on when you are back in Sapporo, if you have some me and are looking for a more authenc Japanese shopping experience, walk a bit further west of Sapporo Staon unl you reach Tanuki Koji, a 10-block long outdoor shopping street with rows and rows of shops, restaurants, karaoke bars, and arcades. Everything here opens late into the night so you will have plenty of me checking out all the things.
