941-S2 CONDUCTOR REPORTING Conductors are responsible to ensure that assigned work is completed and that all required paperwork is properly prepared and sent to the proper agent or clerk. Conductors must furnish the following information on their work assignment lists:

1. Date and time work was completed, and time it took to complete work. 2. Initials and numbers of cars set off, picked up, pulled, spotted or left hanging. Paperwork must indicate station name and track name/number. 3. Block set-offs or pick-ups must include the first and last car initials and number, and should also include position in train. This information should also be given to Train Dispatcher. 4. Explanation of why work was not completed as prescribed on work assignment list. 5. Paperwork must be signed by the conductor.

970-S1 STUDENT EMPLOYEES Qualified employees must ensure that they provide appropriate supervision to students during the course of their on the job training. EAST DEERFIELD YARD – WALKING HAZARD Several environmental test wells have been installed at the west end of East Deerfield Yard. These wells are located between the Freight Main Line single track and the west end of the receiving yard lead between the R3 and R4 switches. The wells consist of black pipes standing between approximately 6 and 42 inches from the ground. The tops of the pipes are painted fluorescent orange. Employees working in this area must use caution and protect against close clearances and adverse walking conditions.
