 By Airplane The land is a one hour drive south (60km) of the Cam Ranh International Airport (nearly the same amount of time as driving to the north side of Nha Trang Bay).

 By Train Phan Rang/Thap Cham Station is a 15 minute drive from the land. The train station is about an eight hour trip from Saigon and all of the north/south trains stop at the station. 1. Sale of the land can be done via sale of 100% of the company. Lease is owned by My Kim Phat Jsc.  A single-asset joint stock company registered in Vietnam.
