Suggested Clothing
Approach Shoes Hiking socks (wool or synthetic): 2-3 pairs Light merino wool or synthetic t-shirt/shirt (to climb in) Light quick-dry climbing pants (to climb in) Long underwear baselayer (tops and bottoms) – merino wool or synthetic Shorts & cotton shirt (for cragging day) Lightweight softshell jacket Warm outer jacket (puffy insulating layer) Light waterproof shell (top and bottom) Belay gloves Toque Baseball cap for approaching

Climbing shoes Helmet Harness Chalk bag Belay device (ATC, ATC Guide, or Reverso/Verso) Quickdraws (optional) Locking carabiners x 3 Non-locking carabiners x 2

Personal Equipment
Day pack, 25L-40L (must be able to climb in it, but must hold all your layers, water, and lunch) Water bottle – minimum 1L Extra snacks Camera – optional Small personal first aid/blister kit Personal medications and prescriptions Sunscreen and lip protection, minimum SPF 30 Sunglasses with good UV protection Toilet paper (a small amount for during the days) Optional: bring your emergency communication device if you have one (inReach or Spot)
