Contains Upland Coastal Scrub, Riparian Vegetaton, Tidal channel wetlands, Non-Tidal Brackish marshes and Salt Pans, and seasonal Freshwater Wetlands and Ponding. Cassin’s Kingbird Area-B . Contains fora and fauna similar to Area-A, plus year-round Riparian & Fresh Water Marsh vegetaton and wildlife. On IUCN Red List as Threatened Manmade channels from Ballona Creek contain tdal saltwater fow in and out of Area-B. Area-C. Contains fora and fauna similar to Area-B, a freshwater marsh with seasonal Freshwater Ponding.

Bluf Creek Riparian Corridor is all that remains of the Ballona Wetlands east of Lincoln Blvd and south of the Ballona Creek. Ballona Creek. Contains rocky salt water jetes, banks, and levees with channel tdal fows up the creek (about 2 miles) and into Area B, with a mix of salt, brackish, and fresh water. The banks and the muddy botom provide a rich dining bufet for wildlife.

Del Rey Saltwater Lagoon and Venice Canals. Emptes and flls with the tdal fow. The muddy botoms and banks are a
