It is ORDERED that the Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order entered on September 25, 2019, is amended to reflect the following changes: Trial shall commence on February 23, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the courthouse in Norfolk. Trial by jury has been demanded. Counsel shall electronically file proposed voir dire and jury instructions. Counsel shall also deliver to the clerk, two typewritten sets of jury instructions, one set with authorities in support thereof, and one set without authorities, along with a CD, on or before February 16, 2021. An attorney’s conference is scheduled in the office of counsel for plaintiff, on January 29, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. A final pretrial conference shall be conducted on February 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the courthouse in Norfolk.
