HMS BAND POINSETTIA

The holiday season is just around the corner, and if you’re looking to decorate, what better way to do so than by supporting the HMS band program? Our poinsettia and amaryllis fundraiser kicks off on October 14th, and runs through October 28th . The delivery window for fundraiser items is between December 2nd and 13th, with a specific date set after we submit our order. Two different types of flowers are on offer:

Poinsettias come in a 6.5” pot with a decorative cover, and will be 12-15” tall

Amaryllis bulbs are encased in wax and contain all the necessary nutrients for a spectacular bloom; these can be placed on any flat surface, and will bloom for one holiday season. Orders can be placed through any HMS band student, or on the attached order form. Please make checks payable to Hartland Consolidated Schools. Your support of this fundraiser will directly benefit the more than 150 students involved in the HMS band program. The proceeds from this fundraiser support the needs of the band program that go beyond the scope of our classroom budget, such as need-based scholarships for band travel, clinics and visits from professional musicians, and it allows the bands to attend the MMEA Instrumental Clinics at no cost to our students. Please feel free to contact Joe Guarr if you have any questions.
