1. 生效日期 1. Commencement 本命令自 2021 年 4 月 30 日起實施。 This Order comes into operation on 30 April 2021.
2. 修訂《保護瀕危動植物物種條例》 2. Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants 《保護瀕危動植物物種條例》( 第 586 章 ) 現予修訂，修訂方式 Ordinance amended 列於第 3 及 4 條。 The Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Cap. 586) is amended as set out in sections 3 and 4.
3. 修訂附表 1 ( 列明物種 ) 3.
