“What a Glorious Feeling!” Debbie Reynolds Shines on the Silver Screen as the Legendary Hollywood Musical Singin’ in the Rain Returns to Cinemas as Part of TCM Big Screen Classics Series January 15 and 18 Only
WHAT: To kick off the yearlong TCM Big Screen Classics series, Singin’ in the Rain is back on the big screen for two days only – giving audiences a chance to see Debbie Reynolds in her breakout role.
Reynolds, Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor, Jean Hagen, Cyd Charisse and Rita Moreno star in the unforgettable musical comedy, directed by Kelly and Stanley Donen. Celebrating its 65th anniversary in 2017, but still as fresh and delightful as the day it was released, Singin’ in the Rain is a movie that’s even more dazzling and grin-inducing than ever. Moviegoers will also experience specially-produced commentary from Turner Classic Movies (TCM) host Ben Mankiewicz before and after the feature.
