I knew Dave when he was starting his career and many years into it.The book took me back to that time with great memories.I find it very hard to believe it has been so long since we have seen him.. I find the man Dave Madden endearing and my only criticism - is that I would have loved the book to be 10 times longer with more stories, more information and more to learn. I hope the sales of this book and the appreciation of same make Dave Madden pleased and smile! I loved this bookBy Pamela GraceI loved this book. Dave spent much time discussing the Partridge Family episodes. It kinda dragged in some places when discusses his friendships with people no one else knows or cares but him. So sorry he is gone. But the book is a good read. What I found the most interesting was what he didn't discuss. Dave Madden spent seven years on the show Alice as Earl Hicks and he only wrote about 2 paragraphs! RIP Dave
