ITINERARY

Day 1: Bhubaneswar - Konark – Puri

Pickup from Bhubaneswar railway station. En-route visit Dhauli ( the Peace pagoda). 108 Shivling Temples, Lingaraj Temple. After that visit Famos Konark Sun Temple ( Reachlly Called Black Pagoda) After reach at Puri, Check in hotel evening enjoy at Puri beach. Overnight at Puri.

Day 2: Satpara/Chillika Lake- Departure

After morning breakfast Check out from Hotel then visit for darshan at Sri Jagannath Temple, Gundicha Temple, After Depart for Satpada, Chilka. The fancy land of Irwadi Dolphins. Entire day sightseeing of Satpada. Evening return to Puri, after that drop at Puri Railway station. Over night Journey in train for kolkata.

Day 3: Kolkata Arrival

Arrival Kolkata railway station, Check in to the hotel. Afternoon proceed for visit Kalighat Temple, Indian Museum then we visit Tagore's House Back to hotel. overnight stay at Kolkata.

Day 4: Kolkata –Gangasagar

Early morning proceed to Gangasagar, Sagar Island is an island in the Ganges delta, lying on the continental shelf of Bay of Bengal about 100 km south of Kolkata. "Gangasagar" is a place of Hindu pilgrimage. Every year on the day of Makar Sankranti(14 January), hundreds of thousands of Hindus gather to take a holy dip at the confluence of river Ganges and Bay of Bengal and offer prayers (puja) in the Kapil Muni Temple. Back to hotel & overnight stay at Kolkata hotel.

Note: Kolkata full day local uses on the basis of 12 hours/120 kms from garage to garage calculation. Vehicle not allowed for shopping and dinner beyond the blocking time. Vehicle will go upto lot no. 8 / harbour point for gangasagar trip and then guest have to take ferry and local vehicle on their own cost to reach kapilmuni ashram at Gangasagar.

Day 5: Kolkata Departure

After morning breakfast check out from hotel then proceed to Dakhineswar Temple and Belur Math (Visit Kali Mata, Thakur Ramakrishna Home and Mata Sarada, Swami Vivekananda math etc), Birla Mandir. Proceed for city tour- Eden Garden, Fort William, etc. ; And evening drop at Kolkata Airport and , happy ending journey with sweet memories......

 Personal expenses of any nature.  Train/Air fare  Guide  Entry Charges  Heater Charges  GST @ 5%  Unforeseen Expenses because of the weather conditions.  Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category.  Cost of Insurance.  Entry to park or Historical Monument or Museum or anything not included in the inclusion list.  Any extra expense such as route change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.  Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary/ Holiday Package Offer

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.  50% to be paid 5 days prior to the commencement of the trip.  CANCELLATION POLICY

 In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.  In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

 In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 AC will not turn on while the vehicle at hills.  Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.  To make a booking, a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.5000/ is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise, we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.  All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “SHREE KALA TOURS & TRAVELS. ”  The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.  The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.  Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any.  Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.  Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.  There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason. 12. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only

 Baggage allowance is 15 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.  If your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
