Hayam Wuruk No. 125, Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta, Indonesia Tel: +62 21 2600818 Day 2: Jakarta TAMAN MINI INDONESIA INDAH The excursion will take you to the beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park to visit several pavilions illustrating the multifaceted Indonesia culture and what is perhaps the best collection of Indonesian artifacts and handicrafts of the country, including 34 mannequin couples dressed in local wedding costumes. This extensive park houses exhibits from all of Indonesia's provinces. It has its own orchid garden, bird-park with a walk-in aviary, Imax theatre, a fauna museum and recreational grounds. Of special interest is the Museum Indonesia, housing contemporary arts crafts and traditional costumes from around the country. NOTES Availability: Morning Suggested time: 08:30 Duration: 4-5 hours ANCOL DREAMLAND Jakarta's largest and most popular recreation park, an excursion to Ancol Dreamland and Sea World is a wonderful day trip. Later visit “Pasar Seni” or art market - an outdoor art market and recreational place featuring antiques, handicrafts, painting, potters, and knick-knacks. With many of the artisans working on site, it is a paradise for souvenir hunters and art lovers and has a varied collection of Indonesian handicrafts, paintings and souvenirs. NOTES Availability: Morning Suggested time: 08:30 Duration: 4-5 hours Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk Jakarta / Deluxe Day 3: Jakarta Day 3: Saigon – JAKARTA BANDUNG TOUR In the morning depart Jakarta to Bandung in West Java. After about 2.5 hours driving along the highway we will be arriving in Bandung and then head to the rim of Tangkuban Perahu Volcano, Ciater hot springs and thermal spa. After lunch at a local restaurant, we have some time for shopping at the textile outlet before heading back to Jakarta. Bandung is the capital of West Java in Indonesia located about 180 kilometers southeast from Jakarta; the city is situated on a plateau 768 meters above sea level with a cool climate throughout the year. Tangkuban Perahu is a volcano with three craters into which areas tourists can walk through, these three craters are: Kawah Ratu ("Queen Crater"), Kawah Domas ("Domas Crater"), and Kawah Upas ("Upas Crater"). Ciater Hot Spring is a nice park with pools in which we can sit or swim, the streams and pools are fed by warm mineral springs which are created by the heat from nearby volcanoes. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Swiss - Belresort Watu Jimbar / Deluxe Jacuzzi Day 5: Bali FULL DAY UBUD MORNING TOUR Start the day with a visit to Celuk silver-making village, Batuan Village, which is home to many artistic painters, and to the wood carving villages of Mas and Kemenuh. Continue to the Elephant Cave, Goa Gajah. The cave was built in the 9th century and the addition of the bathing place dates back to the 1950’s. Pay a short visit to the monkey forest - home to a healthy population of long-tailed macaques and then drive onwards to Ubud and visit the local market and Ubud Palace. The Royal Family still lives in the palace and at night the garden is used for staging some of Bali’s most important dances, such as the Legong Dance, Barong Dance, Ramayana and Mahabrata ballets. NOTES Suggested time: 08:00 Duration: 7 hours Meal: Breakfast Accommodation: Swiss - Belresort Watu Jimbar / Deluxe Jacuzzi Day 6: Bali HALF DAY BALI FOR THE FAMILY - ELEPHANT SAFARI (JOIN-IN) Depart on this half day trip for an Elephant Safari and pass through plantations filled with mango, jackfruit, coffee, coconuts and bamboo along the way. Learn more about the plantations and the animals inhabiting them. Hop on your elephant and slowly make your way through the plantations and along the river, to the small village of Buanga. Visit the local village temple before visiting a local farmer at his home. A wonderful meal is served at the Trunk ‘n Mahout Cafe that overviews a valley. NOTES Availability: Morning Suggested time: 08:00 Duration: 4 hours Capacity: Min 1pax - Max 40pax TEMPLES - ANTIQUES & A GREAT SUNSET (with Cocktail at TUGU hotel) Visit Taman Ayun, also known as the Royal Family Temple. The temple dates back to the Mengwi Kingdom in 1634. Continue to Alas Kedaton temple, in a forest known as the Monkey Forest located in Tabanan. Continue in the late afternoon to Tanah Lot, Bali’s most photographed temple. The temple is perched on a little rocky islet that is inaccessible during high tides. Next drive back to Seminyak area, to be precise Canggu beach. Entered Tugu hotel on the sea side, with a wide collection of priceless antiques and rare artifacts. Walk along the beautiful surrounding and feels the magical atmosphere of Tugu hotel, while enjoy your cocktail and canapes with the magnificent sunset. Tourism is divided into several types such as cultural tourism, pleasure tourism, recreation tourism, business tourism, convention tourism, and sport tourism. One type of tourism that gets a lot of attention nowadays is the sport tourism. Sport tourism is a kind of journey to participate in sports activities, whether for recreation, competition, as well as travelling to sites such as sports stadiums (Gibson, Attle & Yiannakis, 1997). This application is implemented on android and it can display information about recreation, culinary and resort in Augmented Reality Camera-View, besides that it can also display directions to the theme parks, information about Ancol Dreamland profile, news, map location and ticket prices.
